1.  Brief description:

 This series of production line is used for slitting the coil into required width for the use of punch line.

This automatic cut to length line is a integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology. It is easy to operate, and has high production efficiency. It is capable of processing CR coils, HR coils, stainless coils, and colored or plated coils.

This line is adaptable to process cold-rolled and hot-rolled coils, silicon steel coils, stainless coils, colored coils, aluminum coils, and all sorts of plated and coated coils.

2.  Equipment composition:

This line consists of loading cart, uncoiler, slitter, scrap winder, coil-head-and-tail cutter, tension controller and coil recoiler, etc. Intermediate bridge, pinching mechanism and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.
