1. Brief description:
This series of production line is used for producing flat sheet from steel coils.
This automatic cut to length line is a integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology. It is easy to operate, and has high production efficiency. It is capable of processing CR coils, HR coils, stainless coils, and colored or plated coils.
2. Equipment composition:
This line consists of loading cart, double bracing uncoiler, hydraulic guiding device, pinching device, flattening machine, length gauge, stacker, electrical controller, hydraulic system, etc. Intermediate bridge and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.
