This series of production line is used for slitting coils into required width through the procedure of uncoiling, slitting and recoiling.

This automatic coil slitting line is a integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology. It is easy to operate, and has high production efficiency. It is capable of processing CR coils, silicon steel coils, stainless coils, and colored or plated coils.

This line consists of loading cart, uncoiler, slitter, scrap winder, coil-head-and-tail cutter, tension controller and coil recoiler, etc. Transitional bridge, pinching device and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.
